Regulations of the online store “sponndesign.com”

§1 General Provisions

a) These Regulations set out the rules for the use of the Internet platform “sponndesign.com” (hereinafter referred to as the “Store”) operated by SPONN DESIGN Renata Zielonka with its registered office at Dzika Róża 11, 05-180 Wymysły, NIP: 7582129740, REGON: 363093836.

b) By placing an order in the Store, the Customer accepts the provisions of these Regulations.
§2 Registration and Customer Account

a) In order to use the full functionality of the Store, the Customer is required to register an account, providing true personal information.

(b) The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the login and password to his account.
§3 Placing Orders

a) Orders can be placed through the website of the 24/7 Store.

b) The store allows payment in three currencies: Polish Zloty (PLN), Euros (EUR) and US Dollars (USD).
§4 Prices and Payments

a) The prices of goods listed in the Store are expressed in three currencies: PLN, EUR, USD. When placing an order, the customer selects the preferred payment currency.

b) Payment for orders can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or any other available form of payment in the currency of your choice.
§5 Delivery and Collection of Goods

a) The store offers delivery of goods in Poland and abroad. Delivery costs are specified in the delivery price list available on the Store’s website.

b) The customer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment at the time of delivery and, if any damage is found, to draw up a complaint report in the presence of the courier.
§6 Complaints and Returns

(a) The customer has the right to file a complaint if the goods are found to be defective. Complaints should be submitted by e-mail to: sponndesign@gmail.com.

b) Return of goods is possible within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Rights.
§7 Personal Data Protection

a) The Store shall ensure the protection of Customers’ personal data in accordance with the applicable provisions of RODO. For details, please refer to the Store’s privacy policy.
§8 Amendments to the Regulations

(a) The store reserves the right to amend these regulations. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the Store’s website.
§9 Final Provisions

(a) These regulations are effective as of March 10, 2024 and are an integral part of the contracts concluded between the Customer and the Store.

b) Any disputes arising from the use of the Store will be settled by the competent common court.
